Google LSA · Built for trades

Google is burying your listing. One unworked lead at a time.

Unworked means not booked, not rated, not filled in. Google weighs all three when it decides how often to show you — so every lead left half-done pushes you further down the list, and you pay the same to be seen less.

Roofing, plumbing, HVAC, electrical — your crew is on site, not at a desk. Autopilot watches the dashboard 24/7 so your rank climbs instead of slides:

  • Boost Your Account Ranking: We instantly and properly rate every lead, which signals Google’s algorithm to rank your ads higher.
  • Eliminate Manual Data Entry: Autopilot listens to calls and reads messages, automatically logging all the data for you.
  • Ready-to-Close Records: We work the lead inside the dashboard and hand your team a finished record.
  • Instant Replies That Ask for the Job: Message leads get an answer in seconds, any hour, and Autopilot pushes for the appointment while they’re still on their phone.

Autopilot never answers your phone. Your people still talk to every customer — it handles all the work around the conversation.

Run your own numbers

How much did you pay for leads nobody called back?

Five questions about this month. Nothing gets sent anywhere — the math happens on your screen and disappears when you close the tab.

The ones you got charged for this month.
Roughly, on average. Your invoice has the exact number.
Count the nights and weekends too. Most shops guess high on this one.
Only used for the last line below.
Wrong area, spam, price shoppers, wrong trade. Leads you never rated stay on the invoice.

Here’s the damage

$4,500
Paid to Google for leads this month
$2,700
Wasted on the 36 leads nobody called back in time
$32,400
Same again every year if nothing changes
$540
Credit never claimed back on the 7 junk leads that were never rated
And the part that never shows on the invoice

Google weighs how fast you respond and how you rate your leads when it decides how often to show you. Every unrated lead and every slow reply pushes you down the list — so next month fewer leads arrive and you pay the same to be seen less.

Read that middle number again. It isn’t profit you might have made. It’s cash that already left your account, for leads that never got a conversation.

How it works

Six things it does, every time

Not a notification tool. It handles the lead, then tells you what happened.

01

It watches

Fires the second a lead lands — call or message, day or night. Nothing waits for someone to refresh a page.

Always-on listenerCalls and messagesInstant trigger
02

It listens to the call

It never picks up the phone. After the call ends it transcribes the recording and reads it for meaning — what they need, where, how urgent. You never replay the audio.

After the call, never duringCall transcriptionIntent extraction
03

It reads the thread

Message leads get parsed the same way — it reads the dashboard itself with vision AI. Lead ID, contact details and the full thread come out as clean data.

04

It replies and asks for the booking

Message leads get an answer in seconds, not hours — and it doesn't just acknowledge them. It answers the question, offers a time and tries to get the job on the calendar while they are still looking at their phone.

Instant auto-replyAsks for the appointmentDay or night
05

It works the dashboard

The part nobody else does. It responds, updates the lead and fills the fields. The work gets done, not queued.

06

It hands you the finished record

A plain-English summary in your inbox and a clean row in your tracking sheet. No lead ever shows up twice.

Before vs. after

The same lead, two Tuesdays

A homeowner taps your listing at 7:40pm. Here is how that goes.

Without Autopilot

1Lead arrives, you're charged7:40pm
2Nobody's in the dashboardOvernight
3Someone replays the call9:20am
4Callback goes to voicemailAlready booked

Result: paid for the lead, lost the job, hurt the ranking.

With Autopilot

1Lead arrives, you're charged7:40pm
2Transcribed and understood7:40pm
3Replied and offered a time7:41pm
4Summary waiting at 6amReady to call

Result: same spend, live conversation, ranking protected.

Who it's for

If you're paying Google per lead, this is for you

The mechanics of Local Services Ads are the same whatever the trade or profession. So is the leak.

Home services

Trades running LSA

Roofing, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, garage doors, landscaping. Crews are on site all day and nobody is sitting at a desk when the lead comes in. This is where it was built.

Professional services

Any LSA advertiser

Locksmiths, cleaners, movers, law firms, pest control, real estate. Different work, identical problem: you're billed on arrival and judged on how fast you respond.

Multi-account

Agencies managing LSA

If you run Local Services Ads for a book of clients, the lead-handling burden multiplies by every account. Autopilot runs per account and reports per client, so coverage doesn't scale with headcount.

Pricing

One monthly price. No contract.

Most shops are already losing more than this every month to leads that never got worked. Run your own numbers above, then compare.

One-time

LSA Account Rescue

If your account has months of unrated leads and unworked messages sitting in it, that backlog is holding your ranking down right now. Rescue clears it in one pass — every lead audited, rated and filed — before Autopilot takes over going forward. Priced on the size of the mess, not on guesswork.

Small backlog — under 250 leads

Medium backlog — 250 to 1,000 leads

Large backlog — over 1,000 leads

No setup fee. No contract. Cancel any time. Above your plan’s lead volume, overage is billed per lead at a rate agreed in writing before you ever cross it — you will not get a surprise invoice. If your lead volume is too low for this to pay for itself, I will tell you on the first call.

Getting started

What actually happens if you call

Nothing is billed until you've seen a written scope with a fixed price. If your lead volume is too low for this to pay for itself, I'll tell you on the first call.

01

Free 30-minute call

We look at your lead volume, how leads reach you today, and who currently handles the dashboard. Sometimes the honest answer is that you don't need this yet.

02

Account walkthrough

I map how leads actually flow through your account and where they're stalling, then show you which parts Autopilot can take over.

03

Free written proposal

Fixed price, timeline, and exactly which steps get automated. No charge and no pressure to proceed.

04

Set up and hand over

Configured against your account, tested on live leads with you watching, then left running with documentation for your team.

Straight answers

No. Autopilot works against the Local Services Ads account you already have and delivers into the inbox and tracking you already use. Nothing gets migrated.

No. It never picks up a call and it never speaks to your customer. It replies to message leads in writing, works the call recording after the fact, rates the lead and fills in the dashboard. Your people still have every conversation — they just walk into it already knowing what the job is.

Google takes responsiveness into account when deciding how often to show you, so replying consistently and quickly works in your favour. I won't promise you a ranking number — nobody honest can — but never leaving a lead unanswered overnight is the part you control.

A notification tells you a lead arrived and leaves the work to you. Autopilot listens to the call, understands it, acts on it in the dashboard, and gives you the finished record. The difference is whether you still have to open the tab.

It gets fixed. Part of Autopilot works by driving the dashboard directly, and interfaces change — that's the reality of it and I'd rather say so up front than have you find out. Maintaining it is my job, not yours, and it runs under my accounts so you're not the one debugging it at 6am.

Yes. It's configured per account and reports per client, so adding accounts doesn't mean adding people. Bring the number of accounts to the call and we'll scope it properly.

Lead audio and messages pass through transcription and AI services to be read and summarised, and the results land in your reporting. If you have specific requirements about where customer data can go, raise it on the call and I'll tell you plainly whether I can meet them.

Who you talk to

You get the owner, not a sales rep

Hi, I’m Benjamin Beckett. I’m a business person first, not a tech nerd.

I built LSA Autopilot because I was paying Google for Local Services Ads leads in my own roofing company and watching them go cold while my crews were up on a roof. Nobody was sitting at a desk to catch the call. The tool exists because I needed it before anyone else did.

I don’t care about flashy software or clever code. I care about what survives contact with a real crew on a real Tuesday. Autopilot is a tool you run, not an agency you hire — and the systems behind it have helped process over $20M in client sales.

I keep my own credentials current, too. I’m a Certified Google AI Professional, and every tool I put in a business is one I run in my own companies first.
